Kelly Meloche’s Moon Milk is a soothing nighttime drink crafted to nourish the body and calm the mind. Though a recent discovery for Kelly, it has quickly become a beloved ritual at the end of her busy days. Blending warm almond milk with a cozy mix of spices, honey, and calming herbs like magnesium or ashwagandha, this comforting cup invites deep breaths and peaceful sleep. 

Much like Kelly’s life work in Amherstburg—celebrating love, life, and connection—Moon Milk is all about creating a moment of gentle care for yourself. Sip it slowly, savour the warmth, and let the day melt away.

Ingredients for
Kelly's Moon Milk

  • 1/2 tsp magnesium powder or ashwagandha
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your fav)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 ginger
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of nutmeg

How to Make
Kelly's Moon Milk

  1. Gently warm milk in small pot – don’t boil.
  2. Whisk in magnesium, spices, honey and vanilla.
  3. Pour into your coziest mug.
  4. Sip slow. Breathe deep. Sleep beautifully.

Best paired with fuzzy socks, a soft candle, and one kind thought before bed.
