I have tried making various different green smoothies and this is my ultimate favourite!

6 pieces of kale
Handful of baby greens
2 cups water
1 green apple
Half to 1 whole lemon
Piece of ginger root
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. Turmeric
Pinch of fresh black pepper
1 Tbsp. Coconut oil
Frozen pineapple
Frozen mango
Blend the kale and water until smooth.
Add the baby greens and blend again.
Add salt, turmeric, pepper, coconut oil, lemon juice, apple, and ginger root. Blend.
Add frozen mango and pineapple chunks. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
Makes 2 large smoothies.
