Paul Gilbert Neilson, born the eldest son of Ralph and Emie Neilson, loved sports of all kinds. He played and coached baseball and hockey, enjoyed skiing etc. but his real love was dancing. He danced with Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Detroit and had dreams of turning professional. His life was cut short at the age of 28 in a car accident driving home from a dance competition. Paul was a quiet guy with a shy little laugh who enjoyed staying fit and lounging by the pool. He also knew his way around the kitchen so we will try dig up a few of his favourite recipes.
