Ingredients of
Aunt Ethel's Banana Cake

Cream:

1/2 cup butter (margarine)
1 cup white sugar

Add:

2 egg yolks
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mash:

1 cup bananas

Beat Stiff:

2 eggs whites

In a separate bowl mix:

2 cups cake & pastry flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

How to Make
Aunt Ethel's Banana Cake

Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternating with banana
Fold egg white in
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in a 9"13" pan
