Mix:

3/4 - 1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6-7 cups sliced apples

Crumb Topping:

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup all purpose flour

How to Make
Aunt Ethel's French Apple Pie

Heap in pie pan and dot with 1 1/3 tsp. butter
Sprinkle crumb topping over apples and pat gently
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes
