Aunt Ethel's Pumpkin Bread

Beat:

  • 4 eggs

Add:

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 1-20oz. can pumpkin pie filling

Stir Together:

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt

Gradually add dry ingredients and stir until combined

Stir in:

  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 cup raisins
