Aunt Ethel's Raisin Pie

Heat:

1/2 cup water to the boiling point

Add:

3/4 cup raisins and simmer 10 minutes

Combine:

1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/3 cup orange juice

How to Make
Aunt Ethel's Raisin Pie

Add to mixture and cook until thick
Add filling to an uncooked pie shell
Bake on low oven rack at 425° for 25 minutes
