Aunt Ethel's Sugar Cookies

Cream:

1 cup sugar
1 cup butter

Add:

2 well beaten eggs

Sift then add:

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

How to Make
Aunt Ethel's Sugar Cookies

Roll a thin layer of cookie dough out on a floured surface
Cut cookies, place them on cookie tray
Sprinkle with sugar (do not use fine sugar)
Bake at 375° for 6-8 minutes
