  • 6 sweet potatoes
  • Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or corn flakes (crushed)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make
Aunt Ethel's Sweet Potatoes

  1. Cook 6 sweet potatoes
  2. Peel and slice into 1/2" slices
  3. Layer in casserole dish and sprinkle with orange juice
  4. Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup bread crumbs or corn flakes (crushed)
  5. Sprinkle (lightly packed) over the top of potatoes
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
