  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • dash salt
  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 3 eggs (well beaten)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  1. Heat ingredients until dissolved
  2. Place in uncooked pie crust
  3. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until knife comes clean
