  • 1-6 oz. package of chocolate chips
  • 1-6 oz. package of butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup peanuts

How to Make
Chinese-Style Chow Mein Noodles Cookies

  1. In a double boiler, or in a heavy saucepan melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips
  2. Add the chow mein noodles and peanuts and mix thoroughly
  3. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper
  4. Allow to set in refrigerator
