Denise's Applesauce Cinnamon Muffins

Combine:

  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Mixture for top:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

How to Make
Denise's Applesauce Cinnamon Muffins

  1. Line muffin tin with papers and fill to 3/4 with batter
  2. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes
  3. Dip top of muffins in top mixture
