Edda's Cucumber Salad

  • 1-2 cucumbers pealed and sliced very (very) thin
  • 1 small cooking onion chopped fine
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • Dash pepper
  • Dash Maggie
  • 3 tsp. Sour cream

How to Make
Edda's Cucumber Salad

  1. Stir and let sit for 30 minutes
  2. Drain ingredients 2 or 3 times
  3. Stir in:
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • Dash pepper
  • Dash Maggie
  • 3 tsp. Sour cream
