Ingredients of
Jill's Frosted Peanut Squares

  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup roughly chopped peanuts
  • 4 cups Kellogg's corn flakes
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)

How to Make
Jill's Frosted Peanut Squares

  1. Combine sugar, peanut butter, and syrup in a large sauce pan
  2. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to bubble
  3. Stir constantly
  4. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts & corn flakes
  5. Press warm mixture into a  buttered 10"x10" pan (do not pack mixture down too hard)
  6. Spread roughly with melted chocolate and cool
  7. Cut into squares when firm
