Ingredients of
Judy's Chocolate Fudge Cake
2 1/2 cups flour (or 2 3/4 cups cake flour)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tbsp. shortening
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk
3 unbeaten eggs
How to Make
Judy's Chocolate Fudge Cake
Set oven to 350°; grease pans and line with paper
Mix together dry ingredients then wet ones
Be sure to heat butter and cocoa together and stir until smooth, adding milk and eggs toward the end
Pour into pans and cook 35-40 minutes
Cool before removing from pans
