6 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup onions
Italian seasoning to taste (start with 1 healthy tbsp.)
2 cans Italian tomatoes
2. Once thick, add:
1 lb. ground beef (browned)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 beaten eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese
12 oz. mozzarella cheese
2 cans tomato paste
1-2 cups water
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
3. Divide into three layers; Sauce-Noodles-Cheese
4. You prepare noodles according to box directions
5. Bake in an uncovered casserole dish at 350° for 1/2 hour
