Karen's Coconut-Pecan Frosting
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
How to Make
Karen's Coconut-Pecan Frosting
In saucepan, combine milk, sugar, butter, egg and salt
Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened
Remove from heat
Stir in vanilla, coconut and pecans
Notes
For German Chocolate Cake.
