Karen's Eggnog

6 beaten eggs
6 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. rum flavor or 4 tbsp. rum
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
nutmeg

How to Make
Karen's Eggnog

Combine eggs, sugar, and salt
Gradually blend in milk
Strain
Add flavorings
Just before serving fold in cream and sprinkle with nutmeg
To serve warm, heat eggnog gently before folding in whipped cream
