Ingredients of
Karen's Icing

3 1/2 tbsp flour
2/3 cup milk

Shake mixture, then cook until thick

Stir constantly with whisk

Cool mixture until room temperature (stir occasionally)

Mix together:

2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup butter (melted)
2/3 tsp. vanilla

Add to mixture and beat on high setting for 15 minutes
