Karen's Tuna Casserole
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. macaroni
- salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- milk
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- pepper to taste
How to Make
Karen's Tuna Casserole
- Cook macaroni until nearly tender
- In 4 cup measuring cup, flake tuna
- Beat in eggs and add milk to make 4 cups
- Place hot macaroni in greased casserole dish adding 2 tbsp. margarine and salt and pepper to taste
- Add soup and stir
- Add remaining ingredients; combine thoroughly
- Heat well in 350° oven
