My family been making this relish for three generations.

Ingredients of
Mom's Garden Relish

  •  6 ears corns
  • 4 cups ripe tomato (peeled and chopped) 
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 2 cup chopped cucumber 
  •  2 chopped sweet green peppers
  • 2 cups white  sugar
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp celery seed
  • 1 pint vinegar ( 2cups)
  • 2 tbsp salt

How to Make
Mom's Garden Relish

  1.  grind together and cook until thick and seal hot in jars. 
  2. Makes 7 pints jars 

Notes

Cook time is  approx   3 hrs until thick . 

We enjoy this with bacon and eggs. Great on hotdog and hamburger as well.
