Ingredients of
Speedy Chicken Casserole

3 chicken breats
1 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup crushed potato chips

How to Make
Speedy Chicken Casserole

Cook chicken in bouillon for 1/2 hour
Cut chicken into small pieces and mix with rice
Sauté onions, green pepper and celery in butter and add to chicken and rice
Mix soup and milk
Place 1/2 potato chips in bottom of casserole dish
Cover with alternate layers of chicken mixture and soup
Top with potato chips
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes
