Jen DeLuca laughs at the idea of being in a cookbook—she’s the first to admit she cooks to survive, not for fun. With two daughters, two jobs, and a full calendar, her Busy-Mom Chili is a lifesaver.

She found the recipe online and loved how easy it was to make and adapt. Made with ground turkey, it’s packed with protein and nutrients—exactly what she needs to keep her family fueled for busy days of school, sports, and life on the go.

It may not be fancy, but it lasts for days and takes the stress out of dinner. For Jen, that’s a win.

Notes

• The first night I usually have it with a multi grain baguette.

• The second night I put it in a tortilla with some cheese.

• If there's any left on the third night, I throw it on top of nachos and make a side of sweet potatoes.
