My husband Jeremy entered this chili into the International Law Enforcement Chili Contest. There were approximately 30 other chili’s in the competition, including venison, moose, buffalo, etc. This recipe won two years in a row. We won a turkey fryer. Unfortunately the prize was the same the following year so we gave it to the second place winner.
